Toni Freeman

Toni is an accomplished executive leader who connects deeply.

She has an impressive track record of transforming organizational performance and enjoys a reputation for helping organizations and their leaders forge systemic change.


Toni’s 30 years’ experience includes executive leadership, directorship of research programs, and senior finance leadership. A member of the National Association of Corporate Directors, she serves as Director of a Certified B Corporation® that provides educational services across the globe. In that role, as a force for good, she contributes to real, meaningful change on an international scale.

Toni is past President of the Association of Junior Leagues International.

As a founding member of the Women’s Impact Fund, she served as the impetus for the formation of a collective-giving organization that has, to date, awarded more than $6.8 million in 96 grants to 90 unique non-profit programs.

Toni is also past President of Women Executives of Charlotte, an organization whose members are a diverse group of accomplished women, and Women Executives for Community Service, which provides scholarships for nontraditional students. She served as board Director and Trustee for the YWCA of the Central Carolinas, and board Director of Hospice of Charlotte and Lincoln counties, NPower Charlotte Region (Apparo), Teen Health Connection, and Habitat for Humanity.
